This role will be pivotal in identifying sales enablement needs and influencing results through training initiatives. This position plays a critical role in scaling and shaping our Sales organization. Success in this role is dependent on a developing a deep understanding of all company functions and products, along with a proven ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
What You Will Do:
· Partner closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to assess training needs and execute programs focused on maximizing revenue potential and engaging learners. Topics may focus on product knowledge; systems/Salesforce; effective sales techniques; new hire onboarding; partners and vendors; and many others.· Design and execute sales onboarding to include sales boot camps requiring new sales team members to pass knowledge checks and present our value proposition to a select group of executives. Create metrics to determine speed to productivity for our sales and CS teams with a focus on continuously shortening this timeframe to as short as possible.· Seamlessly collaborate with product management, marketing, and other key internal teams to successfully launch new products and product enhancements. Partner across teams to translate content into material that resonates with the Go-to-Market teams and yields measurable results. Proactively align and partner efforts across the organization to benefit all employee groups.· Design and execute training solutions with effective and coordinated material, processes, documentation, and communication. Appropriately execute projects to include scheduling, roster management, facilities coordination, among other items.· Regularly measure and monitor training efforts against key performance indicators to ensure knowledge transfer, behavior change, and results are occurring. Provide ongoing updates and communication to all levels of stakeholder groups.· Serve as a trusted, subject-matter-expert (SME), advisor, and partner for consultation and alignment on a variety of sales topics that drive operational effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.· Embrace a variety of training delivery methods (to include an LMS) to reach a diverse and remote employee audience.· Work independently and collaboratively with minimal direction to take strategic and routine tasks and projects from concept to implementation. · Other duties as assigned. What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree· Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sales enablement (sales, sales enablement, sales training, etc.); digital marketing experience preferred.· Experience in identifying, developing and executing learning solutions that increase employee performance and drive successful business outcomes· Successful ability to deliver learning solutions using a variety of methods (LMS, webinars, e-learning, instructor-led, etc.)· Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally to build consensus, collaboration, and engagement that influence positive outcomes; prior experience working with executive team preferred.· Strong attention to detail· Excellent organization skills· Ability to manage several projects and demanding deadlines simultaneously· Demonstrated ability to learn and adjust quickly to change· Working, hands-on experience with Salesforce· Deep understanding of consultative and solution-based methodologies· Working knowledge of adult learning theoryStrong facilitation and audience-management techniques
