Define, implement and support Retail Service, Sales and Sales Management processes and routines that guide the way we interact with customers in our branches. Define the role focus, expectations, responsibilities and accountabilities. Position focuses on deliverables that shape the strategic direction for the retail banking line of business; this includes the integration of wealth, mortgage and business services that impact general bank associates.
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years sales experience in the financial services industry
High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years sales experience in the financial services industry
Experience in retail banking that encompasses service delivery and sales acumen; consumer services, business.
