Position Description

Defines sales roles, routines and processes for the retail organization and develops underlying tactics that ensures FCB maintains competitive advantage in delivering financial and customer experience value. Define, implement and support Retail Service, Sales and Sales Management processes and routines that guide the way we interact with customers in our branches. Define the role focus, expectations, responsibilities and accountabilities. Position focuses on deliverables that shape the strategic direction for the retail banking line of business; this includes the integration of wealth, mortgage and business services that impact general bank associates.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years sales experience in the financial services industry
-Or-
High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years sales experience in the financial services industry

Additional Requirements:
Experience in retail banking that encompasses service delivery and sales acumen; consumer services, business.
Services, investment and mortgage services.
Effective communication, written and negotiating skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop materials and present complex concepts to large and small audiences.
Time management, planning and organizational agility to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
Demonstrated project management discipline.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with role design.
Experience with the integration of strategic initiatives that effect changes in sales roles and/or the sales process.
