Position Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in Woburn, MA corporate headquarters to help improve the productivity and effectiveness of our sales organization. The candidate must be a team player and have the ability to work with cross-functional teams and is effective in problem solving with excellent follow-up skills. The Sales Enablement Specialist is expected to foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success. The candidate must be able to work under pressure with deadlines and is passionate about learning & sales effectiveness and how technology and process can address barriers to sales success.

Primary Functions:

  • Seeks ways to optimize sales efficiency by refining processes and suggesting systematic enhancements
  • Fields ad hoc content and support needs from sales teams
  • Supports end to end sales process and Deal Support team
  • Gathers feedback from sales teams on a consistent basis to improve sales enablement
  • Assists in data cleanup efforts as legacy data is replaced in our data cleanup efforts
  • Debugs issues that arise in Salesforce by diagnosing issues and working with Salesforce team as needed to resolve
  • Leverages our software to understand our data, make recommendations on fixes, and build out reports and dashboards that are in line with our KPIs
  • Assists in building out lead assignment rules with marketing team
  • Provides ad hoc analyses to understand quotas, sales rep performance and competitor impact
  • Expected to work with key stakeholders to ensure the use of the reports in a cycle
  • Maintains existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed
  • Acts as primary liaison on salesforce automation projects
  • Responsible for the scheduled delivery of Sales Intelligence reporting and analytics to key stakeholders

Position Requirements:

Education and Years of Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales enablement role
  • Must be tech savvy with 2-4 years’ experience using Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Salesforce Lightning experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment
  • Self-starter with proactive work ethic with ability to work in a growth environment
