TouchBistro is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team in Toronto. We are looking to hire a Sales Enablement Manager to ensure our growing sales force is quickly and effectively enabled to sell the value of TouchBistro as we scale our sales and business development teams.

The Sales Enablement Manager will partner closely with our sales leaders and product marketing department in the execution of sales enablement programs to ensure that our prospects and customers have the best possible experience. The right individual will be proactive, passionate and a great collaborator. It will be your main priority to assess the skills and motivations of all business development and inside/outside sales representatives on an individual basis and increase the skill of the entire workforce through tailored feedback and skills development. You will ensure that all representatives are prepared with the knowledge, skills, plan and materials that they need to find, develop, and close sales cycles.


  • Work with our sales leadership team to create, deliver, measure and maintain our sales training and enablement plan
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need and that sales is aware of new content
  • Deliver Touchbistro Sales Bootcamp role play support and content creation for new hires
  • Roll Out ongoing sales skills training and support to make sure that our sales organization is using the best strategy, skills, and tools at the right time with prospects to move deals forward
  • Train sales teams on an ongoing basis on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials, such as new market and company developments
  • Increase the skill of the entire sales team through feedback and coaching
  • Stay abreast of sales effectiveness and proactively identify ways to further improve effectiveness


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales or relevant experience
  • 3+ years in sales enablement, sales or product marketing
  • Motivated self-starter with a high energy level and highly collaborative
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Loves working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven ability to create presentations, sales playbook history of coaching, facilitation and/or mentoring in relation to an established sales methodology
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
