Conversica, is enjoying rapid growth with its patented Artificial Intelligence software and is currently recruiting a motivated Manager of Sales Enablement to work with the Nationwide Sales team, training vendors, and internal cross functional teams.  The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for management of training and development initiatives to ensure Conversica Sales and Customer Success teams can become successful.  They will direct and manage the creation and delivery of sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Partners with senior sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed. Has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques.

  • Process Training Programs
  • Coordinate development programs for continuing education and career development
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Coordinate development of new tools to enhance the sales process
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal clients (sales team, vendors, etc.) and stakeholders
  • Ensure training expectations are met or exceeded on all levels by maintaining ongoing communication (written and verbal) with sales and various team members
  • Establish and maintain a thorough knowledge of Conversica organizations, products, and marketing objectives.
  • Ability to navigate a dynamic organization and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com system
  • Lead projects by developing and maintaining project plans, managing project scope, budget, and resources, and effectively managing project risks and issues. (Learning Management System, Training Events, etc.)
  • Other duties as necessary

 Minimum Skills Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience working on curriculum development and training
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with Enterprise Sales (Software preferred)
  • 2-4 years’ experience working as a Sales Executive (Software preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, along with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, analytical and possesses excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of “what it takes” to be successful in sales (Enterprise Sales)
  • Positive attitude and energetic
  • Strong presentation and training experience
  • Team player with an ability to work on concurrent projects with cross functional departments
  • A college degree (a technical curriculum is preferred)
