What You'll Do

As a Sales Director, you will be directly responsible for oversight of sales and operations for your market. Success in this role is measured by finding profitability in driving new business development, retaining accounts, and growing our franchise base of service providers.


  • Lead a team of Account Executives, ensuring sales plan numbers and sales quotas are achieved
  • Consult, educate and strategize with your team to sell facility services
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual planned account retention objectives are achieved
  • Sell commercial cleaning franchises
  • Manage the P/L for your market

  • Recent sales management experience in a service industry
