You are:
A driven leader who will be responsible for delivering assigned sales results by managing the sales activities of a team of Territory Sales Representatives focused on the mail consolidation segment of Pitney Bowes in the entire Central and Western region.You will:

  • Manage Pipeline Management & Forecasting
  • Head up all staffing & hiring of sales team
  • Mange all direction and execution to team
  • Coach and Develop Sales Team
  • Account Development Planning

Your Background:

As a Regional Western Sales Director , you have:

  • Strong successful personal sales history involved in account development and transactional sales.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of proven sales success inside or outside Pitney Bowes involved in personal sales activities in a highlycompetitive environment with high volume of solutions selling.
  • Ability to personally execute the sales process, developing new and building existing account relationships to achieve and exceed sales goals and business results.
  • Proven success demonstrated by achieving 100% attainment of sales goals as a sales Director.
