Your collaboration with these groups will improve prospecting, agency participation and awareness to deliver client opportunities. Our most successful sales directors possess excellent communication and project management skills to manage, build and diversify the account base.


  • · Ability to identify, cultivate and convert prospects into clients
  • · Engage in discovery conversations with the client to uncover new opportunities while also offering a compelling overview of our services and solutions
  • · Coordinate with your territory team and maximize prospecting activities and results
  • · Collaborate effectively to move qualified prospects through the sales process
  • · Follow up on referrals to uncover net new opportunities
  • · Maintain and upsell existing accounts
  • · Providing top-notch customer service
  • · Assist in the preparation and design of client presentations


  • · Bachelor’s Degree
  • · You have 3+ years direct selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • · You possess compelling and professional communications skills (verbal, written, telephone skills)
  • · You have successfully sold deals in the $750-$2.0MM range
  • · Experience selling marketing solutions is highly desired

  • · Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
