Our client, a growing consumer goods company, is seeking a Sales Director. The brand is an on trend, disruptive, "better for you" product that has experienced exponential growth.

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and coaching their team of Region, District and Area Managers while executing strategy and initiatives with a set group of Bottlers and Key Retail Chain accounts, developing influential relationships with General Managers or other Key Decision Makers of Bottler Partners and Key Retail Accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven sales experience within the Consumer Goods industry (Consumer Package Goods (CPG), consumer products, food, cookies, crackers, snacks, chips, beverage, etc.)
  • Distributor/Bottler and Supplier experience is required
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of direct reports, 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience working with or managing a DSD network

Our client is offering competitive compensation/benefit packages as well as equity in the company.

Salary

$125K to 150K
$100K to $120K base, Equity bonus
