The Sales Director is responsible for managing ON Semiconductors distribution channel in the Americas region. Develop Channel Branch Plans and strategy that will set the strategic and tactical objectives to support ON and key success metrics including opportunity funnel, and revenues. Implement operational processes and disciplines that insure key goal and objective alignment across all ON product business units. Drive distributor/ON organizational relationships, executive communications, and field goal alignment.
