We're looking for a Sales & Marketing leader to head up Thursby Software Systems (TSS). HQ'd in Arlington, Texas, Thursby Software Systems is the leader and sole source of data access security software for BYOD (‘bring your own device') mobile devices across the Department of Defense. TSS is a major strategic step towards Identiv's vision of converged, highly secure yet friction less access to information and places through a single identity and a single infrastructure platform. TSS's mission is to capitalize and grow this business exponentially. Our strategy is to establish Thursby as the de facto standard for mobile access security, first across the DoD, then the entire U.S. federal government, and then for governments at all levels and all countries, as well as across the private sector.

Under the direction of the President of TSS, you'll personally lead all aspects of Thursby Software Systems' sales and pipeline generation, product and support roadmaps within the Arlington team and development of TSS' massive market opportunity. Core to your success will be your ability to foster deep and trusted relationships within the target government agencies, leading multiple long-term sales cycles in parallel to drive near-term and long-term adoption. You'll manage the local inside and outside sales team and integrate your customers' needs into your product plans. Very near term, expansion of the current project pipeline is the key to success for this position. Expanding the company's deep government offering but also growing the demand within the enterprise market is the main focus in this role.
Organizationally, you'll be a key leader on the executive staff of TSS, an Identiv Business Unit.
