SALES/REVENUE GENERATION: Responsible for new client acquisition and revenue generation. Schedules and completes discovery and outside sales calls. Generates new business through referrals and inquiries, cold calls and trade show participation. Prepares and/or presents proposals to prospective clients. Maintains client records within Salesforce CRM tool. Projects account activity and anticipated revenue. Communicates client needs and overview of scope of work. Monitors initial working relationships with clients and orients account manager to relationship to ensure account retention on behalf of the account team.
