Our Client has been a leading supplier of Specialty Valve & Control solutions for more than 50 years! Their products are used in: Manufacturing, Oil & Gas (production & transmission), Refining, Chemicals, Marine, Power, Pulp & Paper, Steel industries, Food & Beverage, etc. This company is the Market Leader in their space, has been awarded numerous patents and does all manufacturing here in the U.S.!

They are looking for a Flow Control Sales Pro (individual contributor), residing in Houston, to sell their Valve Automation, Pneumatic Actuators and Fluid Control Systems to End Users, Distributors & OEM's all over the U.S.. Our client sells their solutions primarily to the Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Power and Railway Industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling Flow Control Systems to End Users, Distributors & OEM's all over the U.S..
  • Build & execute a Sales Plan for the U.S.
  • Reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
  • Manage and Meet your #'s!
  • Work closely w/ your Inside Sales Team to exceed the objectives in your Sales Plan.
  • Attend Product Conventions & Seminars w/ your Support Team & Clients.


Qualifications:

  • Must have (10-15)+ years of Flow Control sales experience both to End Users, Distributors & OEM's.
  • Client prefers a College Degree (2 or 4 year) or equivalent experience.
  • Should have experience selling into Chemical, O&G, Pharmaceutical, Power and/or Railway Industries.
  • Prefer a candidate who has managed a nationwide territory in this space.
  • History of exceeding quota, results driven!
  • Ability to manage a complex sales process
  • Outgoing, Personable & Fun to be Around!


Base Salary: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 Base (DOE) + Bonus + Full Benefits + Full Expenses

Base City: Houston, TX

Relocation: Maybe

Travel: 50%
