Primary Responsibilities:

?   Build pipeline opportunities ( range of 30-50+ MM USD) for Core Banking and Digital Solutions at major US banks

?   Strike minimum 3 deals per year

?   Build, grow and sustain effective CXO, EVP, SVP relationships within the top 100 US Banks and top Canadian Banks

?   Ensure successful positioning, negotiating and closing multi-million, multi-year agreements with banks as well as bid partner contract management

?   Be the primary evangelist for the product

Background & Experience:

   Background includes managing complex pursuits and conversions in the banking domain with at least 3 30+ MM USD deals

   Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking and IT industry with prior experience in sales, consulting and roll-out of banking products in the US Market.

  Able to readily demonstrate executive level connects in the target accounts

  Bachelors/Masters from one of the Top business school in the US preferred

   Reasonable understanding of Banking functional domain in the US

   Aligning and Working with large teams geographically spread across time-zones preferred

?   Experience in building new key relationships across client organizations from CIO, COO to process owners by understanding the political complexities, delivering customized value propositions and creating credibility

?   Ability to stay focused through complexity, ambiguity adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment

?   Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills

$270K - $300K
