We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Director - Conference Sponsorship to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive sponsorship revenue.


  • Grow Sponsorship sales and Build a high performing sales team
  • Sell conference sponsorship across the portfolio
  • Close sales for sales reps on team
  • Analyze salesstatistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Improve sales process that increases revenue
  • Grow account revenue
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients


  • 4 years of conference sponsorship Sales
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Sales Leadership
  • Great Solution sales skills
  • Strong leadership qualities

Centerforce Conferences currently runs Legal and Women in Law conferences. We are looking for top performing conference sponsorship sales professionals who can take the company to the next level.
