Veranda Club is a premier retirement community offering Independent and Assisted Living services for our residents. We are conveniently located in Boca Raton, FL. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Sales Director.
Position Description: The Sales Director is responsible for performing the sales activities necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals while continuously maximizing occupancy. Sales activities include giving tours, closing sales, out-reach, cold-calling, attending meetings and events that would produce referrals, closing sales, and holding community events.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have one or more years of successful sales experience preferably in senior housing. Candidates will also have professional communication skills with the ability to plan, organize and coordinate events. Lastly, the candidate must be a self starter with good follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
