Senior Sales Development Representative
Location: NJ Headquarters or US Remotely
Rsam is looking for Senior Sales Development Representative(s) who are ready to make a difference as part of a successful sales team. You will be responsible for executing the prospecting strategy developed by the Sales & Marketing leadership team to increase the pipeline for software subscription sales with new prospects and existing Rsam customers.
This is NOT a typical SDR role, wherein you are expected to make 100s of calls each day and read scripts to prospects. We are looking for SDRs who can understand what we do and have meaningful conversations and provide insights to prospects beyond what is available on our website. While there is an expectation to make certain calls / touch points each day and follow-up on marketing leads, there is as much emphasis on the doing targeted research on prospects, leveraging existing marketing automation and social media tools to connect with prospects in meaningful and effective ways. You will be trained on Rsam technology and solutions but will be required to talk fluently on how Rsam can help address customers? pain points and add value.

? Learn and stay current with current market trends related to Rsam products and solution areas
Required Skills / Experience:
? 5+ years? of relevant experience working in IT Security and Compliance industry
? Strong verbal and written communication
? Must have energy, passion and enthusiasm
? Ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to change
