About the Role
We are looking for a talented, driven, and passionate leader to help us build a new business channel. We have a broad lead generation channel and are crushing it. What we need is a compliment that helps us more effectively target our up funnel ideal customers through outbound marketing which includes and limited to requalification, team to team account expanding and traditional cold outbound.
The right candidate will be an agent of change that comes equipped with either an insatiable appetite for experimentation, iteration and execution OR someone that has the playbook down and understands how to apply the best practices of the most successful and innovative outbound teams to our business. We want a business owner that will execute ruthlessly to drive the success of this new channel.
Not only will this person be an agent of change, the ideal candidate must understand how to scale a business through identifying the correct people to join the team and nurturing them to success. Building the team's process, tech stack, daily measurement and cadence coaching will be critical to the success of the team and for complementing our dynamic culture.
