Identify, establish relationships with and sell Graco InvisiPac to new potential end user Packaging customers.
Maintain and grow existing end user customer relationships.
Work with the Packaging team members to grow the teams’ sales, even if not directly responsible for the account.
Works with distribution through AFD channel team counterpart, as appropriate to meet sales targets.
Responds promptly to inquiries and seeks out and calls upon industrial plants to identify their needs, to create product demand, and to close the sale.
Develops territory sales plan that identifies new, existing and key account activity that will meet/exceed quota expectations.
Establishes and maintains favorable work relationships with customers and prospects and develops a good image of, and customer confidence in, the Company as a favored vendor as part of overall sales strategy.
Serves as the interface between the customer and Graco to maximize the new product launch results and sales of new and existing Automated Fluid Dispensing System products.
Establishes and develops relationships and agreements with material suppliers.
Monitors industry trends and competitive activities and communicates to sales/marketing management.
Maintains training/demo equipment account according to corporate requirements.
Provides mentoring to less experienced sales personnel as required.
Serves as an experienced resource for the Industrial Sales personnel regarding product applications, difficult distributor/end user issues, and internal processes and procedures of Graco.

Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering marketing technical field or equivalent.
4+ years of successful related field sales experience.
Experience with the end of line packaging industry preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Effective written, oral and presentation communication skills.
Evidence of mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work successfully without close supervision.
Ability to work effectively with a variety of end-users.
Ability to effectively manage the industrialdistributionchannel.
