WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The Sales Data Analyst will assist in the execution of a wide range of data analytics and sales data projects simultaneously. Daily expectations include:

  • Analyzing, tracking and reporting data related to sales channel, prospects, brokers and target markets

  • Analyzing and formatting presentation data related to client and prospect medical claims, prescription drug usage and physician and hospital access

  • Managing and maintaining Salesforce.comreporting

  • Conducting competitor research and analysis

  • Providing ROI analysis of campaigns and sales activities

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Over 3 years of professional experience with data analytics

  • Organizational skills with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization

  • Professional and personable demeanor

  • Creativity and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated experience with marketing analytics specifically around customer segmentation and targeting strategy

  • Experience identifying segmentation variables through dataset analysis

  • Familiarity with Tableau, PowerPoint and/or Adobe InDesign for data visualization

  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback

  • Willingness to ask questions, learn new skills and execute a plan

  • Familiarity/experience with SQL, Google Analytics and SAS

  • Familiarity/experience with SalesForce.com

  • Relevant work experience in a marketing or sales department
