Salary Range: $80K - $90K plus commission - Permanent Position with Benefits.

Cleveland Area HVAC & Energy consulting company is seeking a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant's responsibilities will be to represent Company's offerings and to secure new service agreements with commercial, industrial and institutional customers. Negotiate and close preventive maintenance and guaranteed service agreements with non-residential customers. Develop new customers by cold calling. Increase business and expand services with existing customer base. Write proposals and make presentations. Work with the following departments to sell service agreements on new installations (construction, design build and the performance contracting sales force).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
  • 5 years' outside sales experiencerequired
  • Strong experience/knowledge with HVAC systems ideally for Commercial, Institutional and Industrial sectors.
  • Must have strong experience with cold calling potential new customers.
  • Ability to reach a goal of 4-6 new appointments and 1-2 new proposals per week.
  • Good work history of reaching monthly sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • Familiarity with the Akron/Cleveland market area desired
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must have strong communications skills (verbal & written)
  • Car Allowance provided
