This position will be responsible for developing, managing and forecasting your sales acquisition pipeline. You will generate new leads throughout the West, focusing on establishing new billboard accounts, using your network and relationships. You will contact prospects from our existing database, as well as adding your own new leads and accounts to it. You will coordinate and direct all sales activities using a consultative approach during the sales cycle, negotiating business terms, including the prospect of a sale lease back or 1031 exchange.
Additionally, you will manage each of your lease transactions from inception - submitting a proposal to a landlord, to getting a signed option agreement from the property owner, to closing and funding. Experience and Skills
Requirements include a minimum of 5years of salesexperience in the outdoor advertising industry, experience closing real estate transactions with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to make effective and professional presentations, be highly motivated and a self-starter. A bachelor's degree is highly preferredwith a working knowledge of related sales CRM systems, including Microsoft office products.
