Sales - C - Level Business Developer Dense Pack Assembly Line Automation

Drive the business opportunities within the Region focusing on the sales growth and new markets for machine vision, metrology and extremely close tolerance assembly control used in large volume densely packaged electronics manufacturing production lines for automotive, consumer device, medical device and aerospace industries.
***Process engineered solution opportunities from development to order capture.
*** Develop, monitor, analyze and reportfinancial bookings forecasts and win-loss.
*** Proactively develop opportunities through machinery simulation, fitness, stress & vibration audits and making recommendations for reliability & efficiency improvements.
*** Develop marketing programs to create and maintain market awareness and acceptance and improve market leadership.
*** Identify potential customers and develop Cross Selling strategies and opportunities.
*** Provide customers and prospects with technical support and solutions while building good rapport.
*** Work closely with A&E, ENR and ECN firms developing engineering and manufacturing clients as well as C-Level Executives at Fortune 1000 firms.
*** Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar with 10+ years industry experience.
*** Track record with manufacturing line capital equipment.
*** Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence key stakeholders within the various disciplines.
Highly visible position with international company. Base salary to $130,000 plus commission to an additional $400,000; generous expense account, company paid full family coverage medical, dental, prescription and vision; matched 401(k); stock; tuition reimbursement and more.
