Job Description:

  • Experience in selling BPO Services to Hi-Tech / Product Engineering / Semi-Conductor / Telecom etc. verticals
  • Demonstrated Hunter/New Logo sales Experience.
  • Strong track record in acquiring new customers
  • Experience in all facets of business development from generating leads to closing
  • Good team player that can coordinate sales efforts across a cross-functional team
  • Aggressive sales executive who is able to forge key relationships with CEO's, CFO's and other C-suite executives as well as key line of business contacts, along with internally aligning support for contract execution.
  • Proven ability to develop new BPO/ BPS business and proven success in meeting sales quotas
  • Strong and capable leader that is self-motivated and driven to win the confidence and trust of his/her prospects, clients, global operations, and pursuit teams alike - establishing
  • Very good understanding of the US West / Central Market – should bring prior network and Rolodex
