Seeking engineer with 10+ years track record working with large manufacturers and engineering firm channels and supporting sales channel teams.

*** Develop long term manufacturing contracts in the Additive Manufacturing - Large Scale Resin Infusion Liquid - Composite Molding industry.

*** Leverage teams and resources to drive revenue and profitability growth.

*** Develop succession plans for each sales territory.

*** Cultivate C-Level executives and engineering teams at Fortune 1000 firms.

*** Travel to attend company functions, customer meetings, and provide critical and developmental oversight of Account Managers.

*** Research markets.

*** Identify new market opportunities and develop appropriate marketing and sales plans.

*** Monitor organization's market share and competition.

*** Grapple with market forces and stakeholder dynamics while maintaining balance of customer satisfaction, growth and profitability.

*** Review and assess market data, pricing trends, commission and labor costs to drive revenue and profitability.
