This position will be a member of a high-performing technology development team consisting of technical and business resources. The role will support the commercialization of several software solutions to assist SullivanCotter clients with administration of performance-based provider compensation plans. The priority of this role is to acquire new clients and sell additional solutions or services to existing clients. This position is ideal for the candidate that demonstrates strong lead generation, pipeline development and salesexperience with SaaS solutions, as well as a desire to assist health care organizations, as they navigate the complexities of health care reform.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a SaaS solutions sales strategy, resulting in revenue growth and new client acquisition Also includes accountability for channelsales strategy
  • Educate and manage a team of solution consultants to generate leads, develop a robust pipeline and negotiate contracts, exceeding agreed upon quota
  • Ability to work with C-suite client contacts, especially physician leaders
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, specifically strong collaboration with SullivanCotter health consultants to develop a single face with SullivanCotter clients to provide valuable solutions to meet their needs
  • Define goals, processes and drive weekly updates against those goals
  • Help define broader market development themes, strategies and mental models that activates innovation

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Experienceworking with start-ups and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated experience developing business channelpartners withtechnology organizations serving health care industries
  • Proven consultative software sales and solution skills
  • Must have 5+ years SaaSsalesexperience, 1-3+ years management experience
  • Ability to offer unique perspectives, drive two-way conversations, know/understand client value drivers and are comfortable discussing pricing
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Experience in healthcare background preferred
  • Experience in executive and health care provider compensation ideal
  • Bachelor?s degreerequired
  • Strong client references
  • Travel ~ 50%
