  • Contacting existing and new customers (both International and Local)
  • Conduct pro-active pitches / presentations
  • Project briefs / start up meetings with customers
  • Internal briefs / Project Kick off to meet the Customer deadlines
  • Contract and program review (investigation of project details to determine if we can manage customer requirements)
  • Pricing negotiations and quotations
  • Customer care
  • Transfer market and customer info to related departments inside Company
  • Forecasting and pipeline updates (CRMexperience a plus)
  • Sales budget and sales planning
  • Sales reporting
  • Analyze won / lost bids


  • Minimum 10 years of documented knowledge and success from B2B sales
  • Experience in strategy development
  • Experience in contract manufacturing
  • Experience with long sales cycle B2B opportunities
  • Strategic long-term vision
  • Outstanding written/oral presentation and communications skills
  • Manage complex solutions with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Implementation and Project Management skills
  • Consultative selling skills with ability to overcome objections to win business
  • Must be willing to travel and work a flexible schedule as required
