Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Everett, WA
All New Business Development Managers are responsible for out bound prospecting with goal of acquiring new customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary focus is to develop a sufficient pipeline by prospecting potential customers through outbound activity from inactive, existing customers and prospect databases
Secondary focus is to be involved in managing and working with their assigned accounts to grow revenue by presenting new options and products lines.
Activities include creating, and managing sales programs for each account. Documenting call activity, sales plans, competitive data, next steps, and actions items in CRM
Achieving sales goals through sales pipeline development, sales leads, understanding sales metrics, and other plans or assigned sales functions and processes
Minimum inbound/outbound calls on average per day is 80 (touch points.)
Provide technical knowledge to external customers to solve installation or sales related questions
Product knowledge: Must have basic knowledge in the differential industry
Communication: Must have outstanding communication skills in both oral and written form
Product Feedback: Provide input/suggestions for enhancement and/or new product ideas including competitive information
Customer satisfaction: Track the progress and status of customers on an ongoing basis to ensure customer satisfaction
