Sales Account Manager/Business Development Leader

Job Purpose & Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Sales/Account Manager/Business Development Leader role is responsible for building and developing business strategy to drive differentiation of SABIC products and services in consumer automotive at top Auto OEM’s. She/ he will be accountable to achieve global/regional business goal by identifying growth opportunities and establishing customer funnel/value chain for business execution.

Business Development and Execution:
- Build and develop business strategy, plan and execution to achieve global/regional goal at Automotive market segment
- Conduct/organize intensive marketing, technical and product presentation to the value chain of customers for business activities
- Establish valuable customer funnel and strong relationship with key decision makers to build business opportunities and support with business growth plan
- Proactively working and communicating with cross-functional team, Inside Sales, Customer service, SCM and Finance, for business operation and execution

Portfolio Development:
- Establish strategic business partnership to support with program development based on business needs.
- Fully integrated with IM, PM and T&I team to provide detailed requirements for program development
Market and Industry Trends:
- Collect and consolidate market intelligence, application dynamics and competition benchmark to provide insight to internal stakeholders for business development decision
- Supporting with MARCOM to drive Market awareness via communications strategy,  internet messaging, participation to industry event, press releases

Requirements Requirements:
• 4 year degree, Degree in Engineering/Chemical be a plus
• Master’s Degree or higher is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of marketing/sales experience,
Multi-national company experience of >5 years would be a plus
Experience working with Top Auto OEM’s would be a plus

Skills/Experience
• Deep knowledge of Automotive market, technical understanding of engineering plastics would be a plus
• Ability to work independently and to effectively communicate across regional boundaries
• Strong ability to lead and deliver commercial results for business growth
• Successful track record of developing and executing marketing & commercial plan
• Good ability of strategic thinking, planning and execution
• Good command of oral and written English
