Kodiak Group, a VF Corporation Company is looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to represent our workwear and lifestyle brands with retailers and other prospective customers in Western and Northern Ontario.
You will report to the VP, Sales located at our office in Cambridge, Ontario and you will work out of your home office which ideally will be centrally located within the territory.
Identifies opportunities in the marketplace to grow our three footwear brands through multiple channels of distribution.
Creates a service distinction with our retail partners through detailed account planning and a thorough understanding of our customer's business.
Meets and exceeds assigned seasonal sales operating plans (sell in & sell through) for an assigned territory and/or an assigned group of accounts.
Identifies new account opportunities to meet growth targets, possesses a thorough understanding of the marketplace (competitor information, consumer understanding, current/future market penetration, etc.) and helps drive forecast accuracy.
Develops and successfully leverage cross-functional internal relationships (Sales Planning, Marketing, Credit, etc.).
Ensures proper visual standards are being adhered to by our customers, works proactively and collaboratively with customers to properly leverage marketing programs, and supports and leverages VF's commerce and justice platform.
