The Rave Mobile Safety (RMS Software) sales team is expanding in Canada to make sure that our life-saving solutions are in the hands of more organizations. The right candidate is a hunter who will join our team with prior experience selling a software solution. This is an exciting time to join Rave as we have experienced 10 years of double-digit growth and have recently received a significant investment by TCV (a leading private equity firm). Our award winning products are widely recognized as helping to foster quick, relevant, and actionable communication during times of high stress and crisis.

What you'll do:

  • Manage a full sales process from initial prospecting through contract execution
  • Develop a strong understanding of target buying personas, solution offering, and competitive landscape
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new opportunities
  • Build and maintain a 3-5x pipeline
  • Conduct your own product demonstrations and lead consultative meetings with clients and prospects
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to multiple buyers within an organization
  • Develop an understanding of how to leverage internal resources
  • Design target lists that align with ideal customer profile
  • 5 - 10%+ travel

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of quota carrying software sales experience
  • Proven track record of developing a territory by prospecting, identifying, qualifying and closing new business
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • You are a self-starter with executive presence
  • Formal sales training program (Sandler, Miller Heiman, SPIN selling, etc.)
  • Proficiency with tools such as, Microsoft Office, Hubspot and Web Demonstration tools
  • Public speaking/presentation experience
  • Bilingual English / French, strongly preferred
