This role is a remote opportunity; the candidate is not required to live in Morton, IL.

The Role:

  • Prospect to discover new opportunities
  • Identify, nurture, and close opportunities with both new and existing customers
  • Assist in development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategy
  • Create and manage sales forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Develop and execute quarterly sales plan with consistent pipeline development
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to improve the pace of business and create solutions to best serve customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Float SaaS solutions
  • Communicate with prospects throughout sales process, follow-up appropriately
  • Monitor leads from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to create coordinated campaigns that produce measureable results
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations. and online and onsite product demos as needed with support from technical staff
  • Frequent travel to conferences and targeted customer and partner meetings
  • Stay abreast of market and technology trends and competition

Attributes of Qualified Candidate:

  • Highly motivated self-starter who is articulate, persistent and outgoing with a proficient phone demeanor and professionally represents the company at client meetings
  • Capacity to explore and understand strategic customer business needs rather than just customer IT requirements, handle constructive and critical feedback to improve processes
  • Ability to develop and recommend long-term solutions to identified customer’s business needs
  • Team player who can quickly establish working relationships with a wide range of staff including representatives from field sales, marketing and product design and development

Requirements:

  • Experience selling to enterprise clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, pharma, retail and technology
  • Demonstrated ability to execute full life-cycle sales over the phone and web
  • A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach
  • Information Technology (IT) business acumen
  • Strong computer proficiency a must - office software, web meeting and collaboration software fluency, CRM familiarity and process mastery
  • College degreepreferred

Required experience:

  • 4+ years of proven successful experience selling SaaS products to businesses preferred
