Our client is seeking seasoned account executive (s) with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and client expectations. You will be joining a dynamic team with innovative and proven ROI solutions. You will be required to prospect and move sales through your pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis while achieving established revenue goals. This position will be focused on selling premium digital and print solutions to marketers locally, regionally and nationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES • Develop new leads by cold calling and obtaining face to face appointments • Attain new business accounts through acquisition • Generate revenue and meet sales targets for both digital and print • Establish, maintain and grow relationships with local and national accounts • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate, advertising and HR professionals • Develop presentations to corporations and agencies designed to sell recruitment solutions • Maintain an organized format on each sales call, covering all important topics: client marketing analysis, target consumer needs, benefits sought, assignments and follow-up • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) measures on a weekly basis • Communicate regularly on account issues • Develop and close recruitment advertising multi-media solutions incorporating targeted digital and print solutions Essential Functions - • Maintain proper client call volumes, appointments, and sales utilizing CRM (salesforce.com) • Sell from a digital portfolio to include; display, mobile, video, SEM (PPC), social, and more • Utilize our print solutions to provide a full-service client experience • Leverage client campaign insights for additional sales and revenue opportunities • Work with multiple digital sales coordDevelop and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate, advertising and HR professionals • Develop presentations to corporations and agencies designed to sell recruitment solutions • Maintain an organized format on each sales call, covering all important topics: cliinator and account managers to properly traffic digital campaigns • Stay up to date on leading industry changes in recruitment marketing and how it pertains to digital If you thrive in a sales environment that adapts as fast as the market and rewards high-performing, independent-thinking sales professionals, we urge you to apply. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. Experience: Three years in outside sales with a strong passion for building relationships and growing market share Three years in digital sales (display, mobile, social, search and video) is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills; ability to research, problem solve and provide strategic solutions. Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent storytelling and presentation skills; Superior customer contact and knowledge of customer business goals, and activities must be a continuing process. Superior skills in leveraging long standing relationships with key client contacts to grow business. Ability to increase market share in a competitive industry Additional Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Salesforce or CRM software experience Experience prospecting, cultivating, and growing revenue with minimal supervision
