Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement architecture and technical design that sets the path for tomorrow.
  • Work with broader internal teams to define roadmap specific to Identity and Access Management and implement strategies to achieving them.
  • Work outside the organization to evolve the technical aptitude and overall efficiency of the greater department and the company as a whole.
  • Relentlessly raise the bar of the IAM team with focus on our internal Frontline and Partner users.
  • Present your awesome solutions Leadership and internal Partners using productivity tools.
  • Deliver technology strategy roadmaps by modeling as-is and to-be architectures using best practices in the industry.
  • Influence by bringing expertise to develop, coach, review, audits and troubleshoot and provide clear direction to engineers.
  • Understand the technology stack inside out to provide vision, strategy, guidance that spans leadership and individual developers.
  • Lead and assist with development, testing, migrations, production cutovers and application on-boarding.
  • Drive IAM root cause analysis, support, troubleshooting, and post-mortem for incidents and service issues.
  • Support industry standards, regulatory compliance, and customer business requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and how they might impact tools, training, and support of existing and potential customers.
  • Be completely dedicated to customer success no matter what it takes.
  • Works cross-functionally with business teams to help resolve pain points and reduce manual work.
  • Works with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for different lines of business that helps them succeed in their business goals.
  • Develops and supports sprint team model by being involved beginning to end.
  • Continuously improve the platform features and performance.


Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience is required.

• 10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) architecture and deployment experience required.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture/technology leadership across multiple products, systems and/or platforms coupled with strong business acumen and executive presence.

• 7+ years of experience with Directories (LDAP, AD) Scripting: SQL, Java, .NET, SQL, Html/php.

• Proven experience architecting initial infrastructure, on-boarding of applications, role-based access controls, policy and password management, certifications, workflows, work items and rules.

• Product expertise in IIQ, Microsoft Active Directory, Relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/DB2), Java, BeanShell, REST API and webservices.

• Deep knowledge and hands on technical experience with SailPoint suite including: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Access Request, Automated Provisioning Password Management.

• Understanding of RBAC, Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation and reporting, Password Policies, Separation of duties, User Provisioning and approval workflows in SailPoint IIQ.

• Design a SailPoint IIQ Identity & Access Management solution from ground up.

• Master level expertise in SailPoint IIQ 7.x toolset.

• Ability to make source code level changes and has worked in a large multinational organization providing hands-on technical architecture services with J2EE development, Database, Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.

• Experience with Rest Web services, SAML 2.0, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, OAuth, WS-Security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and other authentication/authorization protocols.

• Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (e.g. Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.

• Ability to develop custom API connectors for application Identity Lifecycle integration with disconnected applications.

• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.

• Ability to develop and direct a short and long term technology roadmap.

• Designing Identity & Access Management network related changes, for redundancy and optimization.


Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:

• Privilege management solutions: CyberArk and Centrify Developing API interfaces Knowledge of PKI solutions.

• Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM) a plus.
