Job Description


The Safety Manager inspires a safe and collaborative workplace by aligning the best interests of Clow's employees' safety to the best interests of the company while balancing both safety and production needs that result in low injury rates and work compensation costs.

  1. Employee Experience: Score and 8+ out of 10 on Employee Evaluation.
  2. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement public relations for the top 3 injury causes by analyzing incidents biannually and developing incident reduction programs that facilitate engagement.
  3. Leadership: Develop strategy that engages facility management to determine safety initiatives that will eliminate production safety divide.
  4. Reduce Incident Investigation Response time: Ensure 90% of all investigations are completed within 4 days post incident.
