Position Summary:

The S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management Senior Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Treasury and Risk Management solutions to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.  In addition, the consultant will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables for same.  The consultant will implement, customize and test solutions on client system and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed; as well as:

  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews
  • Act as a team lead / Business Processes Senior Consultant and support respective manager(s) in people development tasks
  • Develop detailed plan of process implementation
  • Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
  • Lead industry / corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP / non-SAP)
  • Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves software problems)
  • Analyze and map clients’ business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
  • Support the internal Finance Consulting Practice with pre-sales support, spot consulting and internal projects and commit to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAP
  • Identify, extract, and share knowledge assets from Treasury and S/4HANA projects with the internal Finance Consulting Practice

Position Requirements:

  •  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, and a minimum of seven years’ progressive experience, the successful candidate will possess:
  • 7+ years SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years in Treasury and Risk Management and at least 2 end to end implementations
  • Overall knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP Finance solutions
  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of the components of the Transaction Manager including Hedge Management and Accounting
  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of the Market Risk / Credit Risk / Portfolio Analyzer
  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of classic Cash Management on ERP / Cash Management powered by S/4HANA
  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of the Elec. Bank statement
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury related Financial Accounting processes and best practices
  • Expertise in the integration of Treasury with neighbored SAP solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company
  • Proven experience in configuring, testing, and supporting S/4HANA solutions
  • Ability to conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops
  • Proven expertise and commitment to knowledge management and mentoring
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (organization, manage details, communication, and manage multiple priorities)
  • Experience with license and services pre-sales activities
  • Experience with SAP Activate Methodology for Implementation
  • Experience working directly for a large consulting company a plus
  • Knowledge of Finance a plus
  • Knowledge of Bank Communication Management (BCM) a plus
  • Knowledge of In-House Cash (IHC) a plus
  • ABAP development and debugging skills a plus
