Our client is looking for an exceptional RVP of Sales - Major Accounts in the East or Midwest with an entrepreneurial spirit to be an integral part of their sales team in the US. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing Sales Teams (7-10 Account Managers) selling Enterprise Application Software into Major Accounts!.
The client likes to hire RVP candidates who have managed sales teams selling Enterprise Application Software like CX (Preferred), Call Center, ERP, CRM, Big Data / Analytics, Security, etc. into Major Accounts. If this is you and you've been earning $300K over the last (3) years, we need to talk! Not interested in Channel people or Job Hoppers!

The RVP is responsible for managing a Sales Team of (7-10) Major Account Executives achieving an annual revenue target, providing accurate business forecasts, professionally representing the company in the market and maintaining a high level of satisfaction with peers, salespeople, customers and partners. This is a key management role in the company!
Your Major Account AE's are hunters who will be assigned 1-3 Fortune 100 Accounts to maintain and expand revenue. As the leader, you will effectively manage this Team to expand product saturation in the East/Midwest Area, build the customer base in untapped Divisions of these Major Accounts and displace competitors.
Your Team will be selling: Customer Experience, Workforce Optimization, Omni-channel Interaction Recording, Customer Journey Solutions, Robotic Automation, Back Office Proficiency, Contact Center Compliance, Authentication & Fraud Prevention, Voice of the Customer, Incentive Compensation Management, Big Data Analytics Technologies, and Hosted Cloud Solutions!
Base Salary: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 (DOE), Most RVP's making >$700K Annually
On-Target-Earnings: $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 (NO Cap) + Full Benefits Package + All Expenses + Upward Mobility
Locations: Anywhere in the East or Midwest (Home Office)
