Job Description

Position Summary

Exciting opportunity building out a new capability and responsible for developing, running, scaling and leading process automation opportunities throughout the global Constellation organization using technology. Strong leadership skills including the ability to manage through transformational change as it relates to people, process, policy and technology including robust communications (written and verbal) while effectively influencing others.


  • Create awareness of Blue Prism (RPA) in the organization and drive adoption of the technology
  • Advises on new process requirements (time and resources) of bots for best automation identification in Blue Prism
  • Develops efficient, well-structured and scalable automation processes
  • Designs automated solutions in accordance with enterprise leading practices and design principles
  • Prepare & present process progress and stakeholder report (summarizing performance of processes, SLA’s, capacity management) to RPA COE, Business and IT leadership
  • Responsible for the definition, and governance of RPA development methodology, testing practices/standards
  • Ensures compliance with the CBI risk management framework (controls, policies, procedures) applicable to business, financial, & IT processes
  • Actively communicates and supports business process owners during user acceptance testing, go-live, and normal operations
  • Resolves incidents and problems that arise in the day to day running of processes
  • Supports skills transfer by mentoring/developing newly trained resources on best practices and development techniques
  • Responsible for process execution and daily management of the bots (running processes, maintaining resources i.e. robot capacity, viewing logs etc.)
  • Drives resolution of issues with IT, Vendors or internal customers
  • Responsible for scheduling of the bots using Blue Prism Scheduler module
  • Manages and allocates process workloads & other daily automation tasks
  • Enables and maintain tools and accelerators to be used for RPA to ensure efficient bot development and management
  • Supports investigation and remediation of production level issues

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years+ relevant technical experience
  • Technical experience trouble shooting desktop application architecture, and configuration
  • Strong analytical skills and experience identifying and resolving system issues
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative when appropriate with minimum need of supervision
  • Familiarity with object-orient concepts
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization
  • Ability to identify barriers, resolve and/or escalate as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with RPA tools and capacity to develop RPA/BOT expertise internally
  • Experience in global business services or shared service environment preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing exceptions and providing support in fast paced transactional processes.
