Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead / Architect
This position will help scale an existing large deployment of RPA with 100+ Bots to an even larger landscape across the organization. You will need to be process savvy as well as technically skilled to lead the team responsible for this.
-Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead: Understand the RPA transformation Program approach & methodology act as Catalyst & Lead in Automation Transformation Projects.
-Address various RPA requirements, primarily around business process automation from multiple industry groups to quickly assess and arrive at a plan to deliver the required services.
-Conduct code review and take responsibility for overall code quality.
-Plan and implement code version control.
-Implement best practices for software release management.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
-Ability to work with project stakeholders.
-Own and delegate responsibilities effectively.
-Ability to analyse and suggest solutions.
-Worked in Multi-cultural/Multi- Domain environment and global exposure.
-Having hands on Project Management experience specifically in IT/Automation/RPA projects.
-Excellent communication, Technical Knowledge (VBA, Scripting, and RPA) is a mandatory.
-The candidate must have handled worked in at least one of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools AA, Blue Prism, UI Path, Work fusion, Pega; worked in at least one of the VBA Automation tools like Visual Studio, VBS, Multi Scripting Language.
-Ability to collaborate with peer group, business partners and the management to derive greater results to the organization.
-Flexibility to travel, wherever needed.
-Six Sigma/Lean Sigma orientation is an added advantage.
-Proficient in excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
-At least 5 years (2+ years of Post Qualification Experience), predominantly in the Automation/RPA in shared services environment, of this at least 2 years on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in Automation Anywhere. Master Certification on AA.
-Banking industry experience highly preferred.
-Strong experience in Automation Anywhere is mandatory.
-Having experience in one or more of UIPath, Blue Prism, Antworks or OpenSpan will be added advantage.
-Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes.
-Understanding and experience of Lean and Six Sigma process methodologies preferred.
-Candidates worked on Business Process Reengineering and/or scaling requirements for multiple BOT's would be preferred.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
