RN Dir of Case Management with Health Plan Experience
Our firm is in search of a Director of Case Management who has at least 3-5 years experience leading other Case Managers in a health plan work setting.
This is a NEWLY CREATED POSITION. We need someone who can step right into the role and be a “trail-blazer”. This role reports to the Vice President of Medical Management.

Other must haves our client needs in a qualified candidate:
- BSN in Nursing
- Case Management experience in managed care and acute care settings
- In this role you will have direct reports, so you should have experience hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
- Working knowledge of compliance with Corporate, State and NCQA standards
- Perform and oversee analysis and planning needs
- It would be a “feather in your cap” if you have CCM - Case Management Certification Greenbelt/Blackbelt!
Our client is offering a competitive salary that goes well into the low to $ 100,000’s as a base and plus you are eligible for a 20 % annual performance bonus.
