Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is seeking an individual to join the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. The team is responsible for driving the Enterprise GRC Strategy and partnering with key business/functional areas to deliver solutions that help the enterprise more effectively and efficiently manage risk. Team members provide consulting services, facilitate process re-design efforts and develop automated solutions leveraging industry leading GRC Technology RSA Archer. This position offers the ability to work with senior leaders and business partners across the enterprise to help solve real business challenges and deliver measurable benefits. RSA Archer is used broadly across the enterprise and currently supports over 20 business and functional areas. Key areas of focus include Audit, Compliance, Fraud, Information Protection, Product, Technology, and Vendor Management. Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise GRC initiatives with a focus on risk management consulting, process design, requirements gathering, and solution configuration
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure solutions continue to meet business needs and support the overall strategy
  • Communicate and present to senior management regularly on program and initiatives (e.g. strategy, business objectives, status, benefits/outcomes)
  • Conduct research on GRC industry practices and emerging technologies to inform enterprise GRC strategy
  • Build and maintain industry expertise in risk management practices and technology


  • 5+ years of risk management, project management or equivalent leadership experience in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to successfully interact at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to drive multiple projects/work streams with a high attention to detail; experience leading business requirements sessions
  • Understanding of process improvement techniques (six sigma) and Agile methodology helpful
  • Experience with GRC Technology ideal but not required
