Risk Management Broker / Account Executive
Utilize your account executive experience in the brokerage community to join a growing risk management firm! Will market insurance programs and meet with clients on a regular basis based on fee. Identify clients business exposures through discussions with client, tour of clients operations, review and analysis of clients loss runs and research on clients type of business. Design insurance programs to effectively respond to business exposures. Conduct marketing of clients insurance programs as needed or directed. For new clients, develop insurance specifications. For existing clients, review insurance specifications. Manage bid process with brokers and direct writers. Provide comparative market analysis to client to assist in decision making. Actively pursue opportunities to include servicing clients needs on personal lines and benefits. Provide loss control strategy to client. Check binders, endorsements and policies when received and obtain any corrections as needed.
Must have Property and Casualty Insurance experience. Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and in-depth working knowledge of insurance, insurance markets and brokers. Consulting license and the ability to supervise and guide subordinates is necessary. Some travel to clients may be required.
