Conduct onsite and remote risk assessments and promote a thorough understanding of current & anticipated clinical needs and expected claim costs while facilitating the use of unique solutions to insure optimal care & claims outcomes.

 

*** Provide risk management advice, develop scalable client-ready resources, and give presentations on relevant topics to company clients & their employees.

 

*** Research risk management issues to support company and department initiatives. Maintain vigilance on how current trends in healthcare may affect customers.

 

*** Assist junior consultants with medical record reviews.

 

*** Serve as liaison to all insured organizations requesting or completing a proprietary online Self-Risk Assessment (SRA).

 

*** Facilitate development of new work products (blog posts, webinars, policies, consent forms, etc.).

 

*** Prepare and present healthcareeducational offerings.

 

*** Communicate current trends in risk management and patient safety to management.

 

*** Provide in-office coverage to include telephone and email triage and internal & external customer service support by addressing clinical Risk Management, privacy & security, and compliance questions.
