Job Description

Radiance Technologies is seeking a RF Engineer to support an Army Acquisition Category (ACAT) III product office overseeing an Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) contract. Radiance is looking for a self-starter with excellent technical skills and hands on experience in RF design and testing. Detailed knowledge of electromagnetic analysis (microwave/millimeter wave antenna theory, and propagation), RF theory (S parameters, matching, noise figure) and working familiarity with antennas is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field
• Ten (10) years of experience in RF communications and RF testing
• Experience in communications theory and systems, GPS/GNSS, OFDM, and MIMO
• Experience with antenna design and modeling
• Experience with Electromagnetic simulation software
• Experience with spread spectrum techniques and concepts

Required Skills

• TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field

Required Experience

• Five (5) years of experience in RF communications and RF testing
• Must have hands-on RF experience with vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes
