Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a senior radio frequency (RF) systems developer for the next generation of integrated tactical weapon systems. This individual will drive the development of active and passive sensing capabilities by integrating the latest hardware and processing technologies with enhanced analysis methods to meet very challenging performance objectives. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in electronic warfare and related RF systems including requirements and conceptual development, performance prediction, modeling, integration and validation of completed systems. The RF developer will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure balanced designs meeting all requirements in complex tactical and strategic military systems. Good communications skills, customer focus and the ability to develop new talent in the field is essential.


Basic Qualifications:


Candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform some combination of the following Systems RF Design and Analysis assignments:

Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of RF systems and associated performance modeling.

Develop RF systems and subsystems to include design, integration, test, and performance evaluation.

Coordinate vendors and other team members in development of passive/active RF sensor systems for test/evaluation.

Assist in the flow down of RF requirements to testable modular hardware and software.

Demonstrate mastery of simulation and analysis tools. (MATLAB).

Demonstrate the ability and/or knowledge to develop threat models.

Support trade studies, presentations, proposals and related activities.

Currently holds a Secret clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.
Desired Skills:
