Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an individual with an extensive background in revolving around Charge Description Master (CDM) experience as well as the ability to analyze large sets of data and link correlations between them (CDM coordinators/ analysts are encouraged to apply). Revenue Cycle Management or clinical background experience will help the ideal candidate optimize our clients? CDMs and find interdependencies between their CDM data, and our ability to maximize their data within our rules? sets as well as performing Charge Master maintenance and fielding recommendations from our auditors. A strong business sense and analytical skills combined with the ability to identify and trouble-shoot issues, research and make recommendations, help implement changes, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders is required.

Required Experience:

?        CDM coordinator, analyst, CDM Review/Cleanup teams, or comparable experience in a facility setting to include: Usage, Descriptions, RevCode, CPT/HCPCS codes, Modifiers, ICD10 codes, etc, required

?        Familiar with all chargeable professional and facility/technical charges required

?        Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required

?        CDM Maintenance experience a plus, to include: use of proprietary software or Medicare/caid e-tools

?        Use of CDM Analytic dashboards/ tools to address areas of improvement a plus

?        Minimum of 3-5years of applicable experience in healthcare Revenue Integrity

?        Must demonstrate competency in working with teams and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels

?        Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently

?        Excellent ability to understand and interpret statistical reports and perform quantitative analysis

?        Excellent understanding of multiple clinical disciplines and charging practices

?        Must possess effective oral, written and interpersonal communication

?        Ability to work efficiently under pressure

?        Ability to operate a computer and related standard applications

?        Ability to demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and to operationalize that learning

?        Ability to deal effectively with constant changes and be a change agent
