Job Description

Responsible for filing claims, following-up, analyzing, and problem-solving patient accounts. Some positions may require handling refunds, cash, and charges, making adjustments, reconciling accounts, and balancing deposits.

Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Associates in Medical Office Management, Business, or Accounting preferred
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and patient accounts
  • 1year medical office experience 
  • Must demonstrate good customer-service skills, strong written and verbal skills

*Experience with Medicaid/HMOs/PPOs and/or other 3rd party payers a plus!
