To execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth, client retention, retirement plan participation, customer engagement, and positive consumer outcomes.
Develops and manages execution of marketing strategies for Retirement business segment. Collaboration with content development and management teams, consumer experience lead, cross-segment marketing director and leaders of specialized marketing hubs will be critical to individual’s success. Participates in the development of project and creative briefs Develops and utilizes standard work and processes to lead and manage work Develops standard work and processes including requesting, developing and ongoing management of marketing communications. Collaborates with content development and management teams, consumer experience lead, cross-segment marketing director and leaders of specialized marketing hubs to support and foster “One Retirement” inside of “One Voya”. Adopt, utilize and role model the Voya Management System (or call it the CI Management System) as part of everyday activities to drive behavior, facilitate and foster team collaboration & empowerment, and promote a problem solving culture Manages the department’s budget. Other duties and projects as assigned.
