As a Retention Marketing Manager on the Enterprise Marketing team, you will be critical in developing customer engagement and retention strategy, systems and measurement. You’ll be responsible for building out our value realization, adoption and retention marketing program for our Enterprise Experience Cloud customers. You will work with our Customer Success, Account Management, Business Unit, Field Marketing and other marketing teams to create the strategy and execute programs that help to drive customer success, product adoption and renewals.

Additionally, you’ll be tasked with working with our Marketing Customer Insights team to develop the customer database and reporting required to measure program effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and go-getter that is comfortable working across multiple teams to create something from soup to nuts. The ideal professional fit is collaborative, analytical, a strategic thinker, and effective influencer. You’ll need exceptional verbal and written communications, ability to drive strategy through data, drive change through influence, and exceptional project management skills are a must for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Create an integrated retention marketing strategy and set of programs to increase product adoption and usage and drive renewals in existing customer base

  • Work with our field marketing/events team to scale and manage the customer retention events

  • Execute the program leveraging multiple channels (email/nurture), website, and potentially paid channels (social/display)

  • Partner with the Customer Success and Account Management teams in our sales organizations to scale on-boarding and adoption programs though the customer life-cycle (from purchase to renewal)

  • Collaborate closely with Insights team to develop reporting capabilities, KPIs and to analyze program performance

  • Work with Product Marketing and Product Management teams aligned to Experience League to leverage content from across different areas of the business

  • Partner with Retention Event Manager to drive demand to customer adoption events and coordinate on post-event follow-up

  • Project manage our Studio (creative team) to create content and assets needed to drive programs

  • Provide management and sales teams with regular updates on performance and optimization plans

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in tech or enterprise

  • 3-5 years of customer marketing or retention/loyalty marketing experience

  • Demonstrated track record of building campaigns and executing across channels

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication and analytical skills required

  • Ability to influence and work in a matrixed environment is a must

  • Experience with campaign planning, messaging, and post-campaign analysis

  • Experience with Power BI, CRM and Marketo a plus
