A day in the life:
  • Start your morning with an artisan cup o' joe and enter your sparkling new retail home. Greet your team and ensure the store is in tip-top shape-not a strap out of place.
  • Rally your team in a morning huddle, review their daily tasks, and get folks hyped. Then kick open those doors and welcome in all our customers.
  • Fire up the ol' laptop to check Slack, email and get acquainted with your to-do list for the day. Maybe you take a call with another brand on the block to plan a community event or maybe you are reviewing product training materials for our newest gear that's about to launch.
  • If it's Tuesday, don't forget to put in a lunch order for you and the team. It's on us!
  • Mix it up on the sales floor to knock out the post-lunch sleepies. Chat with customers, check in with your team, and ensure everyone who enters, even your staff, leaves with giant smiles.
  • Now you're back at your desk checking sales numbers, adjusting next month's shifts, scheduling vendor payments, and flushing out talking points for your next team meeting.
  • One last call with our Retail Ops Lead is to chat through the new window display installs and inventory planning adjustments.
  • Log off for the day and enjoy some time away from the screen (or maybe even people). Perhaps that's a post-work stroll through the neighborhood, team outing, or spending quality time with friends and family.
